Tini Express Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Tini Express, available at www.tini-express.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Description:

Tini Express provides courier services for delivering packages from South Africa to Eswatini.

2. Acceptance of Goods:

We reserve the right to refuse any item that is prohibited, dangerous, or not suitable for transport.

3. Pricing:

Charges are based on expected size, value, and weight 

4. Payment:

All services must be prepaid unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery:

While we aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of failure to deliver, our liability is limited to the cost of the courier service.

6. Liability & Insurance:

Tini Express is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by third parties or natural disasters.

7. Incorrect Orders:

Tini Express is not responsible for orders that do not have the correct items as long as it can be proved that the fault was not our own.

8. Returns and Refunds:

Tini Express does not provide returns or refunds for items ordered from stores. If a customer would like to return an order to a store, this will need to be handled with the store directly.

9. Prohibited Items:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their items are not prohibited for transport between South Africa and Eswatini.

10. Claims:

Any claims for damage or loss must be made within 7 days of the delivery date

Claims must be supported by evidence, including photos and original packaging.

11. Termination of Service:

Tini Express reserves the right to terminate services to any customer who breaches these terms.

12. Undeclared Items Policy

12.1. Mandatory Declaration of Shipments

Customers must inform Tini Express of any items being sent to our warehouse before they are shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of all incoming orders and keep us updated on their arrival.

12.2. Liability for Undeclared Items

If items are included in our consignment without prior declaration, this may result in penalties imposed by the local revenue authorities. In such cases:

• If Tini Express is fined due to undeclared items, the responsible customer will be required to pay the full penalty amount charged to us.

• If no fine is imposed, the customer will still be liable for a penalty equal to 15% of the total value of the undeclared items.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

14. Governing Law:

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa and Eswatini, and any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.

By using Tini Express’ services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional service restrictions.
